How do I order my co-op box?
You can order your co-op box online through our Shop. At the moment, we are not taking orders through phone or in-person. If you are paying through EBT, you can pick up and pay for your box at one of our neighborhood pick-up locations.
How many boxes can I purchase?
There is no purchase limit per order or for each delivery address. If multiple boxes are ordered for delivery to one address, the delivery charge ($5) will only be charged once.
How do I get my box after I’ve placed the order?
We offer home delivery within zip code 94124 for an additional $5 delivery fee, or you are free to pick your box at one of our five neighborhood pick-up locations. Once you place your online order, you will receive an email confirmation with details about delivery times or pick-up locations and times.
How often do you deliver?
Co-op box deliveries occur on . Place your order by Monday at 12pm for same-week pick-up or delivery
Can I pick what goes in my box?
Advocates staff selects food and produce for the co-op box. We serve hundreds of households across the neighborhood and are unable to accomodate specific individual requests, but each box is carefully curated to include fresh seasonal and locally-sourced produce.
Who supplies your boxes?
We work with community-led organizations and our network of Black and brown farmers in California to provide local, sustainably grown produce to our customers at affordable prices. Your purchase directly supports our network of farmers.
Do you have a storefront where I could go shop for my box?
Ordering is only available online at the moment, but we do have long-term plans to open a cooperative grocery in the neighborhood. Sign up for our newsletter for updates!
